The Foreseeable Future

We are now at an Intersection.
Among many things, We are now mainly at an Intersection of Technologies and New world requirements.

Let us see the perspective that goes with each, so that we may have a sense of where the world is going and what can or should be done.

AI ( and evolving techs, robotics, etc)
- Perspectives:
  Zero cost Learning, the Alt-Schools and UnSchools
  Interaction with Humans/Non-Humans, and
  Ease of Quality Progress, Exponentially.
Crypto and New Digital Finance (aka blockchain effect)
- Perspectives:
  Trust-decentralized,
  Understanding Value in new terms
  Transaction and Capitalization of Value digitally, new values too.
Sustainability ( The Prime New World Requirement)
- Perspectives:
  Survival of the Earth and Resources, Natural Cycles
  and Humanity and Relationships
  Flatter, Non-pyramids, very agile Political structures and administration
New Education paradigm
- Perspectives:
  Content, Network,
  Holistic thought application,
  Learning-Earning Entrepreneurship or Implementation
- Creativity, Arts, Mechanicals
  Physical work, Teamspirit
  Appreciation of Nature, farming
- Holistic, Spiritual meaning or depth
  Freedom, Wisdom, Inner strength

Which schools?

Every School from the ground up needs to understand, redefine and start evolving itself with its own requirements locally, nationally and then globally.

SideNote – not the money

Any school, or normal private schools which is in only for the money, will be the last ones to change.
The Change will start in from schools where Big Profit is Not the prime objective:
It will start from schools and hubs that have Vision, and are not afraid to start the experiment and adapt.

The Direction of Education

The direction that Education needs is
Purpose: Sustainability;
Knowledge, Skills: as mentioned above
Mode/Way of: With depth and wisdom, love and understanding

This is the kind of direction that the country should be working on.
Not that I agree with every bit, but this is how the world stands today.

Another interesting thought about evolution – ref: Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World

Aldous Huxley’s ‘Brave New World’ was published in 1932 and imagined the world in 2540 AD, 600 years away into a far future. Yet by today, in less than 100 years, we have crossed many of the ideas mentioned, and more.

That is the exponential scale of progress. What could be an imagined future, and scoffed off for unreal, came to pass in in about 20% of that expected timescale.
Now it is not even possible to imagine what 500 years away will be, because of the exponential scale of progress and endless possibilities.

So the time to seed it correctly is right now
