Despite common belief – Each Age does not die at the advent of the next Age;
but the current Age gives birth to the next Age, and gets pulled along and evolves with it.
Each Age causes disruption, realignment, new concepts and ways of thinking, societal, and commercial changes.
Only the monoliths like the governments and administrative governance structures continue like zombie mammoth elephants,
dragging everything down like a deadweight, almost oblivious that the times have already changed.
See the Ages
- The Industrial age – was about defining machines and labour. The education, the society levels, wealth definitions, etc – everything followed from it.
- The Electricity age – created the automation machines and power distributions and transport. It was about speeding things us and inventions based on power, and development in remote areas.
- The Computer age – was the Information age – we know how that goes.
- The Internet age – online society age, including the subset Mobile Age, and can also be called the Communication Network Age
- The Bitcoin age, or Decentralized-Finance age – The age of Tokenization, Deflationary Freedom money, alongwith and including the blockchain and decentralization
– This is yet to become a part of general society, though the progress has started. - The AI age – including the Robots age. This is on a fast track because Intelligence is exponential, and when its growth is not really human dependant, it becomes a Species in its own right, living on the internet and in other ways. Robots will be utility based, for a long time to come. Somewhere in the future Cyborgs (human-robot-AI combinations) will happen because the possibility is now there.
- The Quantum and Nano Age – Cannot even really imagine what this will be !
