Organise by-
Classify every Task under a Goal rather than a Project,
or rather even the Project under a goal.
The three general tools that are required are:
a task list with classification system
a diary to record the history, things gone by, for review and learnings
a journal or blogs or wherever you collect the future knowledge points and plans, and your introspection
For financial work, start with a ledger or journal
