This is a set of about 400 quotes from – The Sikh Faith – by Sant Baba Iqbal Singh Ji.
It is not a perfect set, these have been extracted using AI’s (due to paucity of time and labour).
How this app came to be
It started from the idea – while staring at my blank screen waiting for some plugins to update –
what if I could use this intermittent time to look at some inspirational quotes from enlightened souls ?
What if I could choose what I wanted to see, not just some readymade quotes?
What If I could see quotes based on Topics – like meditation, ego, etc ?
What If I could choose different books, scriptures, authors also ?
And create and save my own sets of quotes and sayings.
Since I couldn’t find anything satisfactory, I decided to create this. Vibe coding, of, course.
So though the output is not perfect, but it works
About the App
The app is small (30k), that will run on any browser, is intuitive, and has some admin control to delete/add quotes, etc
The controls for Next/Previous/Pause and Slide time ( in seconds) is on the top bar.
[Manage Quotes] button -top right – is the admin for the quotes.
